We are using 2 dedicated servers located in Singapore with Big SQL databases.

Easy and simple to use but at the same time complete and performant.
Backup schedules are on time and restore files are available instantly.
Multiple options are available which gives us more flexibility and autonomy.

Team are experts, available and friendly. Bandwidth is also fast.

Were using another solution prior to SimpleBackups?

We were using Codeguard.
Restore file/request could take hours and the Backup database often fail or taking too much CPU.

No option available for tuning (for example if need to ignore certain directories or tables).

Why would you recommend SimpleBackups and for whom?

Especially for all users on hosting with shared/VPS or dedicated server platforms.
