This is generic error message that may appear when rotating your snapshot fails.
To get more information about what exactly happened, you can contact support with providing the snapshot ID.
Error ER147 & ER148****: Internal snapshot error ER<ID>****, please contact us for more details.
This is generic error message that may appear when running your snapshot job fails.
Common Fix Is To Try To Re-connect Your Cloud Provider Account
- Go to Cloud Providers — SimpleBackups.
- On the cloud provider actions choose Reconnect.
- This will redirect you to your cloud provider account to re-connect again to Simplebackups.
If this fix doesn’t apply, you can contact support with providing the snapshot ID.
