SaaS app backups ​

Back up your data from third-party SaaS applications to your own cloud storage.

SaaS app backups let you protect data stored in external services that you do not host yourself. SimpleBackups connects to supported applications via their APIs, exports your data, and stores it on the cloud storage provider of your choice. This gives you an independent copy of your data outside the SaaS provider's infrastructure.

Supported applications ​

SimpleBackups currently supports backups for the following SaaS applications:

  • GitHub — repositories and metadata
  • GitLab — repositories and metadata
  • Gitea — repositories and metadata
  • Notion — workspace pages and content
  • Knack — application data and records

Each application requires an API token or credentials to allow SimpleBackups to access and export your data. See the individual provider guides for setup instructions.
